About the role
- WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORCandidate must have a Bachelor's/College Degree in Sales, Engineering or other business-related courses
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in building products or construction materials is required
- Exceptional sales and customer service skills
- Skilled at negotiation and problem solving
- Ideally holds a valid driver's license and is capable of operating both motorcycles and four-wheeled vehicles
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate technical solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. Work closely with the technical team to provide product information, recommendations, and customized solutions. Assist in preparing bids, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business. Attend industry events and trade shows to monitor market trends and expand professional networks. Support the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
