About You & the Role

As a Business Analytics Officer, you are a strategic partner in enabling data-driven decision-making across the Bank. You translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations, helping business leaders make informed, forward-looking decisions that drive growth and performance.

What You Will Be Doing

• Partner with business units to understand goals and define data requirements
• Analyze and interpret data to generate meaningful insights
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools and SQL
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decisions
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
• Contribute to data modeling and analytics solution development
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy standards

Qualifications We Value

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience in business analytics or similar roles
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or R, and strong Excel skills

• Effective communication and presentation skills
