HR Generalist (Remote)

📌 Job Title: HR Generalist (Recruitment-Focused)📍 Work Setup: Work From Home🕒 Schedule: Night Shift (5:00 PM - 2:00 AM)We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Generalist with a strong focus on recruitment. This role is ideal for someone who can handle end-to-end hiring while also supporting essential HR and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment (Primary Focus)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, endorsements)
• Post job ads on various platforms and optimize candidate sourcing strategies
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain and update applicant tracking records
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
• HR & Admin Support
• Maintain and update 201 files (employee records)
• Monitor and check DTRs (Daily Time Records) for accuracy
• Handle basic HR documentation and employee requests
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
• Coordination & Engagement
• Coordinate with different teams for HR-related needs
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities
• Support internal communications and HR initiatives

Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to recruitment
• Experience in remote hiring is a plus
• Familiar with HR processes (employee records, timekeeping, onboarding)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable working night shift and in a WFH setup
