About the role

We are seeking an HR Officer (Compensation and Benefits) to join the Human Resources team at Imprint Customs. This is a full-time position based in Antipolo City, Rizal. As HR Officer (Compensation and Benefits), you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing and managing compensation and benefits programmes that attract, retain and motivate our talented workforce. This position is essential to ensuring our employees receive competitive and fair remuneration packages whilst maintaining organisational compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining compensation and benefits programmes that align with organisational objectives and industry best practices
  • Conducting regular market analysis and salary benchmarking to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive
  • Managing the administration of employee benefits programmes, including health insurance, pension schemes and other statutory

benefits

  • Processing and verifying compensation and benefits documentation, including salary adjustments, deductions and statutory contributions
  • Providing guidance and support to employees regarding their compensation and benefits entitlements
  • Collaborating with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation payments
  • Maintaining accurate records of compensation and benefits data whilst ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations
  • Supporting the development of compensation and benefits policies and procedures
  • Assisting with employee relations issues related to compensation and benefits matters
  • Preparing reports and analysis on compensation and benefits trends for management review

What we're looking for

  • A recognized qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits administration, preferably within a corporate or manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, tax regulations and statutory benefits

  • Proficiency in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex compensation data accurately
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and benefits administration best practices
