College Graduate/Degree holder of a four-year course in B.S. in Psychology or Behavioral Science or Personnel Management. Job Description: Assist HR Manager in formulating and administering HR Policies and Procedures within the hotel. Assists in developing, implementing, and following through with all Employees' Relations Programs. Assists HR Manager in maintaining effective, efficient, and various communication systems in the hotel related to Employee-Management relations. Maintains an effective and efficient records system.
