The Social Media and Creative Manager leads the company's creative department and approves the development, implementation, and execution of marketing plans for the organization and its lines of business to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Responsibilities: Overseeing the development and execution of the marketing strategy - Directing the market research and execution of marketing campaigns

• Supervising the creation and management of budgets for marketing campaigns - Monitoring and analyzing marketing performance
• Leading and managing relationships with key stakeholders - Staying up to date with industry trends and developments
• Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials - Approving the production of marketing materials
• To do other tasks assigned to me deemed necessary by my subordinates
