The IT Project Manager maintains and executes information technology strategies by managing resources, timelines, budgets, and scope across IT projects. This role ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget, provides technical guidance to project teams, and maintains comprehensive technical documentation aligned with organizational standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage the four key elements of IT projects: resources, time, money, and scope; develop project proposals covering implementation timelines, risk identification, and contingency plans. Coordinate and monitor all active IT projects including deliverables, critical paths, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure project staffing is adequate and active projects do not exceed team capacity; coordinate backup resources across IT groups. Apply and execute project management methodologies and standards across all IT projects. Develop and maintain technical documentation of IT systems, policies, and procedures in compliance with ISO standards. Conduct quality assurance reviews, document test plans, and lead project close-out reviews with the project team. Report project status and findings to the IT Head of Projects. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in IT project management is required. Technical knowledge in hardware, software, network, infrastructure, and security/controls is required. Preferably with 5+ years of experience as Supervisor or IT specialist. Strong communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills. Ability to self-prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
