About the role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sales Representative (Luxury River Cruise) to join our team. You will engage with warm inbound leads, conduct discovery conversations to understand travel preferences, motivations, budgets, and expectations, and present curated travel options. You will educate clients on itineraries, inclusions, pricing tiers, and value propositions in a clear, sophisticated manner, building trust and rapport with clients who expect high professionalism and personalized service.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage with warm inbound leads and conduct discovery conversations to understand travel preferences, motivations, budgets, and expectations
  • Present curated travel options and educate clients on itineraries, inclusions, pricing tiers, and value propositions
  • Build trust and rapport with clients who expect high professionalism and personalized service
  • Manage multi-week follow-ups and nurture leads until conversion
  • Convert assigned inbound leads into successful bookings within defined timelines
  • Handle objections, clarify concerns, and guide clients toward informed decisions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, update lead stages, and document all interactions
  • Achieve targets for conversion rate, revenue, lead progression, and customer satisfaction
  • Manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously throughout 1–4 week sales cycles
  • Coordinate with tour operators for booking finalization and client handoff once a sale is closed

About you

  • Fresh College Graduates (Tourism, Management, Hospitality, Marketing)
  • Good spoken and written English; clear, neutral accent preferred (approx. B2–C1 level)
  • Proven ability to communicate confidently with high-net-worth individuals
  • Strong listening skills with a consultative approach to recommending solutions
  • Highly organized and strong attention to record-keeping
  • Confident, professional, calm demeanor suited for a mature clientele
  • Ability to work full-time in an office-based BGC Taguig, night-shift setup aligned to Canada time zones
