About the role
This role involves conducting data profiling, cleansing, and standardization of customer, meter, billing, payments, and service order datasets. You will support ETL activities and data mapping for CIS migration, prepare and validate data extracts, and perform root cause analysis on data issues while maintaining comprehensive data dictionaries and documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct data profiling for customer, meter, billing, payments, and service order datasets
- Perform data cleansing and standardization based on approved business and regulatory rules
- Support ETL activities and data mapping for CIS migration
- Prepare and validate data extracts, transformation logic, and reconciliation results
- Perform root cause analysis on data issues
- Maintain data dictionaries and documentation
About youBS Degree in Management Science (Industrial Engineering), Mathematics (or Statistics), Business Intelligence & Analytics, Management of Information Systems, or Management (Business Administration)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in utilities or energy market
- Strong SQL, data transformation, ETL support, and data modeling skills
- Experience working with CIS, ERP, CRM, or billing systems
- Dashboard development in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar
- Experience in data profiling and reconciliation for migrations
- Understanding of Philippine regulatory context (ERC reporting, RA 10173)
- Strong documentation and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented but system-aware
- Strong communication skills
