HR Business Partner/HR Generalist (Greenills, San Juan)

Budget: 80-90KKey link between our Human Capital Management team and clinic-level operations, providing hands-on HR support across recruitment, employee relations, compensation and payroll concerns, engagement, learning, performance management, and HR compliance. This role is ideal for an HR professional who is comfortable working independently, partnering closely with business leaders, analyzing people data, and turning HR insights into practical solutions that support both employee experience and business performance. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience. Experience in a healthcare, clinic, retail, hospitality, or other multi-site service environment is highly preferred. Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and applicable wage orders. Strong employee relations and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze HR data and translate trends into practical business recommendations. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with corporate and site-level teams. Proficiency in HRIS platforms and standard HR reporting tools.
