IT Associate

Job Description: Provide first-level technical support to users. Assist in installing and configuring hardware and software. Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, network issues, and other system-related concerns. Respond to IT support requests and ensure issues are properly documented and resolved within appropriate timelines. Support user account and email setup. Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation. Assist with system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance. Document incidents and resolutions. Support IT projects and administrative tasks as assigned. Follow company IT security policies and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. At least 1–2 years of experience in IT support, technical support, helpdesk, or a related role; fresh graduates with relevant technical skills may also be considered. Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, computer hardware, and networking. Basic understanding of IT security, user access management, and data protection. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to learn and work in a team environment.
