Human Resource Officer

We are looking for a Human Resource and Administration Officer to oversee day-to-day HR and administrative functions supporting our café/restaurant operations and commissary.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads
• Maintain employee 201 files and HR records
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, leaves, and employee

schedule

• sAssist in payroll preparation and coordination
• Handle employee concerns and employee relations matters
• Conduct employee orientation and assist with training
• Implement company policies, rules, and procedures
• Prepare HR reports and employment-related documents
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable labor

requirements

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in HR and administrative functions
• Experience in restaurant, café, food service, commissary, or retail operations is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, and HR administration
• Familiar with Philippine labor laws and basic DOLE

• Proactive and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to work in a fast-paced restaurant and commissary environment
