HR Manager (Medical & Healthcare)

Medical Clinic and Diagnostics Center is a growing multi-branch healthcare and diagnostics network. We're looking for an HR Manager who can take ownership of our people systems, strengthen our HR operations, and help build a high-performing team as we grow.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for clinical, diagnostic, and support positions
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary cases, and labor compliance
• Oversee onboarding, probationary evaluation, regularization, and performance management
• Maintain compensation, benefits, payroll inputs, HR records, and manpower planning
• Lead career development, training, engagement, and employee wellbeing initiatives
• Coach managers on effective people management and accountability
• Lead and develop the HR team
• Ensure compliance with the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE requirements, and statutory

benefits

Visit branches regularly and stay connected with employees and operations

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business, Behavioral Science, or related field5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role

• Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and performance management
• Experience managing a multi-site or multi-branch workforce
• Solid knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE requirements, and disciplinary due process
• Strong documentation, communication, and Excel/Google Sheets skills
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential employee matters
• Willingness to travel between branches
