JOB PURPOSE
Set-up/Installation, Computer Hardware/Software troubleshooting and repair.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide onsite support and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, and hardware issues. Perform hardware replacement, installation, and IMAC activities at customer sites. Troubleshoot Windows, LAN/Wi-Fi, networking, and basic hardware-related issues. Manage support tickets, maintain accurate updates, and complete incidents within SLA.Communicate with customers and remote IT teams, follow troubleshooting procedures, and travel to sites as required.JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS2–5 years of onsite / desktop support experience
- Experience troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers and peripherals
- Basic Windows, networking, LAN/Wi-Fi and hardware troubleshooting knowledge
- Experience with hardware replacement, installation and IMAC activities
- Ability to attend customer sites within the required SLAExperience using ticketing tools and maintaining accurate ticket updates
- Good communication, documentation and customer-handling skills
- Ability to coordinate with remote teams and follow troubleshooting instructions
- Flexibility to travel to customer sites when required
