Talent Acquisition Specialist | ONSITE | URGENT

Job Summary Talent Acquisition Specialist handles the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates, sending recruiting emails, resume screening and assessing candidates’ fitness to job in terms of Interview and examination. Duties & Responsibilities Responsible in recruitment procedures: receiving Recruitment Request Forms, Source profiles, Screens candidates and Maintains tracker.  Schedule calls and Interview to Hiring Manager and other stakeholders involve in the process.    Interview candidates via online or face to face meeting.  Develops, maintains, and monitors HR file system.  Provides advice and guidance to internal customers on HR Recruitment concerns to ensure that Recruitment policies are properly applied and implemented.  Conducts pre – determined examination and reference check to all previous employment.    Measure and report on recruiting metrics: Time to fill and Source of Hire    Miscellaneous tasks within their scope of work, as assigned by the direct supervisor .
