Medical Virtual Assistant - Onsite in Ormoc

We are seeking a detail-oriented Teleradiology Support Coordinator to support radiology operations and healthcare workflow management for a U.S.-based healthcare organization. This role is responsible for coordinating imaging workflows, managing scheduling activities, facilitating communication between healthcare providers and radiologists, and ensuring the timely completion of radiology-related processes while maintaining HIPAA and PHI compliance. The role will primarily support a U.S.-based teleradiology operation, including: Handling support calls and emails

• Coordinating addendum requests and follow-ups
• Supporting critical and urgent finding communications
• Assisting radiologists, workflow coordinators, and managers with scheduling and workflow-related requests
• Managing unresolved support requests during evening or overnight coverage
• With experience or knowledge in: RadiologyUltrasoundX-rayOther imaging-related services

PACS experience is preferred but not required. Relevant backgrounds may include RCM, Telehealth, and Teleconsultation. The ideal candidates should have experience supporting the U.S. healthcare industry, a good understanding of HIPAA and PHI security, strong English communication skills, and be comfortable handling professional calls with healthcare providers and radiologists. Experience with radiology workflows, PACS, and Zoho CRM would be an advantage.
