Sales Supervisor

Qualifications

A graduate of a four (4) year college course, preferably Marketing. Must have at least one (1) year experience as Sales Supervisor. Good communication and analytical skills. Driving skills. Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, using MS Word, and MS Excel. Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. Generate new corporate accounts, HMO partnerships, Schools, industrial companies, and institutional clients. Promote HMICare's services. Conduct sales presentations, client visits, and business meetings. Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements. Supervise and coordinate sales activities in the Makati, Dasmariñas, and EPZA branches. Monitor sales performance and ensure branch sales target are achieved. Provide coaching, guidance, and support to Sales Associates. Conduct regular branch visits to assess sales activities and identify opportunities for growth. Other duties deemed necessary by the Immediate Head.
