Senior HR Generalist

The Senior Human Resource Generalist plays a key role in managing and executing core human resources functions across the organization. This role is responsible for employee lifecycle management, HR operations, policy implementation, and providing strategic HR support to leadership and employees. As an HR advocate, you will serve as a primary point of contact for employees and management, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and positive employee experience. You will also support initiatives that foster engagement, strengthen company culture, and drive employee retention and performance. Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to provide HR guidance and support organizational objectives
• Address employee concerns and provide HR advisory support
• Conduct and analyze exit interviews to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Maintain accurate and compliant employee 201 files and HR documentation
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives that strengthen workplace culture
• Manage seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, including documentation and orientation
• Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and scheduling to ensure accurate reporting
• Prepare HR reports, maintain policy documentation, and support HR compliance activities
• Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with business needs and compliance with labor laws and best practices
• Support and manage performance review processes, including goal setting, evaluations, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and employee development initiatives

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field4–5 years of hands-on HR experience
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated commitment and longevity in prior roles
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Ability to perform under pressure and time-bound deadlines
