HR (Talent Acquisition) Associate

Universal Leaf Philippines, Inc. is seeking an HR (Talent Acquisition) Associate to join our Human Resources team in Agoo, La Union . This position plays a vital role in strengthening our organisation by identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support our business objectives. As an HR (Talent Acquisition) Associate, you will be instrumental in building high-performing teams across the company and ensuring we attract candidates who align with our values and culture. What you'll be doing

Source and identify qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. Review applications and resumes to assess whether candidates matches the job requirements and .competency profiles

Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and gather relevant information. Coordinate interview

s and logistics between candidates and hiring managers. Prepare

s and job posting materials in collaboration with department heads and hiring managers. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information and recruitment progress. Communicate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide regular recruitment updates and pipeline reports. Administer pre-employment checks and coordinate background verification processes. Participate in recruitment planning and forecasting activities to support business growth and workforce planning initiatives. Contribute to the enhancement of recruitment processes and the development of recruitment strategies.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related discpline. Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply. Preferrably with experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar HR function is an advantage but not required. Registered Psychometrician is preferred but not required. Interest in recruitment and Human Resources, with a willingness to learn recruitment processes, hiring practices, and relevant employment regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Proactive problem-solving approach and willingness to learn and develop professionally. Experience with social media recruitment and digital sourcing methods is advantageous.
