About the Role

You'll teach English Language Arts — reading comprehension, writing, speaking, and listening — to a consistent group of US elementary and middle school students you'll get to know over time. Our method centers on guided discovery. Rather than handing over answers, you'll lead with questions, prompts, and patient wait time so students work things out on their own. Teachers who make the shortlist will go through our client partner's selection process, which includes live teaching simulations. What You'll Need to Qualify

• Bachelor's degree (original diploma required)TESOL or TEFL certification, 120 hours minimum
• At least two years of experience teaching children
• Proven experience teaching online
• Clear, confident spoken English that US learners can easily follow
• NBI clearance, or readiness to secure one right away
• An active Philippine bank account
• Having a PH professional teaching license and prior experience with US students online will work strongly in your favor. What You'll Need at Home
