Key responsibilities

Assess prospective sites for layout suitability, construction requirements, and technical concerns. Develop and review architectural layouts, drawings, specifications, and estimates in coordination with relevant consultants. Prepare and monitor project

s, budgets, and work plans across multiple sites. Supervise site engineers and coordinate contractors, consultants, and suppliers. Coordinate architectural works with structural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fire protection requirements. Coordinate provisions for dialysis equipment and water treatment systems with technical specialists. Work with purchasing to ensure materials and equipment arrive on schedule. Support the compliance team with technical documents and site readiness for permits and inspections. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, and safety. Review contractor progress billings and variation orders for management approval.

About you

Licensed Architect. At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction or fit-out projects. Proven experience supervising site teams and managing projects through completion. Strong knowledge of construction drawings, building systems, cost estimation, and scheduling. Proficiency in AutoCAD and tools for budgeting, reporting, and project scheduling. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willing to travel regularly across the Visayas and Mindanao. Experience with healthcare facilities, dialysis centers, or multiple simultaneous projects is an advantage.
