About the role
Qualifications
- Core QA Experience: 6+ years of overall QA experience, with at least 3+ years dedicated to Salesforce E2E and Integration Testing.
- Salesforce Ecosystem: Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Clouds, Data Model, and Security/Sharing rules.
- E2E & System Integration Testing: Proven track record testing end-to-end business workflows that cross multiple non-Salesforce applications.
- API & Data Validation: Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, REST/SOAP) and SOQL skills for backend data verification and reconciliation.
- Test Deliverables: Proven expertise in writing E2E Test Strategies, Test Plans, End-to-End User Journeys, Defect Reports, and Execution Summaries.
- Tools & Process: Proficiency with Jira, or similar ALM/Test Management tools within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Advanced API validation (Postman, or similar tools) for microservices and middleware integrations
- Understanding of Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, and custom automation
- Experience with integration middleware platforms (e.g., AWS)
- Familiarity with Salesforce release management, sandbox strategies, and deployment cycles
- Experience executing test data preparation strategies across complex, integrated test environments.
Nice to have
- Exposure to domain workflows such as Media & Entertainment, Digital Subscription, Publishing, or Advertising
- Knowledge of Salesforce Industry Clouds especially Media Cloud.
- Exposure to test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright) for E2E web and API flows.
