Junior Sales Representative

Extinguished, Inc. is looking for a motivated Junior Sales Representative to support our growing sales and business development team. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and coordinating with our technical team to deliver suitable and cost-effective fire protection solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients. Promote and sell FDAS, Fire Suppression Systems (FSS), and related fire protection services. Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, and product discussions. Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups. Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents in coordination with the Design & Estimate Team. Monitor leads, opportunities, proposals, and project status throughout the sales process. Address client concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution. Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify new opportunities. Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales activity and pipeline reports. Represent the company professionally during meetings, site visits, and industry events. Stay updated on fire protection standards, NFPA standards, and applicable local codes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Sales or business development experience is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Interest in technical sales, construction, engineering, or fire protection is preferred. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Organized, proactive, and results-oriented. Willing to conduct client visits and travel as required. Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. Willing to learn technical concepts related to fire protection systems. Job Details
