Job description

We provide outsourced CFO, Accounting, Analysis, and Bookkeeping support to multiple growth-oriented clients and are looking for an experienced, tech-savvy, and innovative Accountant/Analyst with nonprofit accounting experience.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities, experience with QuickBooks Online and Bill.com, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple client engagements.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as this role involves regular client interaction and financial review meetings.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned nonprofit clients by performing all accounting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting activities timely and accurately
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Conduct forecasting, trend analysis, and managerial reporting in Excel and other financial tools
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial review meetings with clients and identify action steps
• Solve client accounting issues efficiently and professionally
• Utilize QuickBooks Online and Bill.com for day-to-day accounting and accounts payable workflows
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend system enhancements
• Research, evaluate, and implement accounting software solutions based on client needs
• Coordinate and review client accounting activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Perform additional projects as assigned

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Required)
• 4+ years of Accounting or Bookkeeping experience in a fast-paced environment
• Nonprofit accounting experience (Required)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• QuickBooks Online experience (Preferred)
• Bill.com experience (Required)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to work 30–40 hours per week during US daytime business hours
• Strong self-management and deadline discipline
• Excellent client-facing communication skills
• High-speed internet required
• Detail-oriented, efficient, and highly organized

Schedule: Monday to Friday - US Hours

Work Remotely

Pay: Php600.00 - Php850.00 per hour
