JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform general accounting functions across multiple clients
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts
• Analyze financial data and trends
• Prepare and review weekly and month-end accounting reports
• Prepare and review financial statements on schedule
• Ensure full compliance with GAAP
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Review and recommend improvements to accounting systems and procedures
• Contribute to departmental goal setting
• Complete special projects as assigned
• Must be able to multitask and handle several client accounts daily

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or higher)
• 3 to 10+ years of experience in a related accounting role
• Experience in public accounting or in the restaurant/retail industry is a strong advantage
• Solid financial statement preparation skills and a strong grasp of GAAP
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with ERP systems
• Willing to work a non-traditional shift (5:00 AM – 2:00 PM) to overlap with U.S. operations
• Highly independent but also a strong team player
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Baguio City
