IT Manager

La Rose Noire Philippines, Inc. is looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Manager who can lead and strengthen the company's IT infrastructure, network, systems, database, and technical support operations. The IT Manager will be responsible for the overall management, security, reliability, and maintenance of the company's IT systems and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Active Directory, domain accounts, user access, and file permissions
• Establish and maintain backup and recovery procedures
• Monitor server and system performance
• Configure file systems and security policies
• Ensure timely resolution of hardware and system failures
• Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure
• Manage network and Wi-Fi security
• Monitor network performance and connectivity
• Implement appropriate network security controls
• Manage company databases and ensure system availability

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN configuration and network administration
• Experience in server operating system setup and administration
• Advanced hardware and software troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, network security, Wi-Fi technology, backup and recovery
• Hands-on knowledge of SQL database backup and restore procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while effectively leading and collaborating with a team
• Good communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills
