IT Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in financial services or banking environments. In this role, you will bridge technical execution and business needs, taking end-to-end ownership of critical digital banking, data platform, and analytics initiatives. You will drive project delivery from ideation to launch, ensuring strict adherence to scope, budget, and compliance frameworks while navigating complex technical landscapes.

Key responsibilities

Define project goals, scope, and business cases. Accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget, and aligned with standard Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC) and eSDLC guidelines. Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate potential project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks. Build robust Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and manage change requests effectively. Create, track, and manage project budgets, business cases, and resource capacity planning across cross-functional teams. Drive vendor management activities (including RFIs and pre-project preparations). Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing transparent status reports and managing expectations. Adapt seamlessly to changing requirements using frameworks like Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall. Continuously identify and implement process optimizations. Must have skills5 to 10+ years of professional experience as an IT Project Manager or Systems Analyst within the financial services or banking sector. Strong command of project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, PMP) and practical knowledge of WBS, risk management, and dependency tracking. Demonstrated background in budgeting, cost management, business case creation, and resource forecasting. Solid grasp of the SDLC, infrastructure, system configuration, and deployment processes. Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication abilities. Experience with data initiatives, Enterprise Data Platforms, and Master Data Management (MDM). Familiarity with MS Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure Services, Jira, and Confluence. Knowledge of local banking regulations (e.g., Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas - BSP guidelines) and test management experience. Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum

Master (CSM), PRINCE2, or Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) certifications, if any.
