HR Section Manager - Talent Operations and Rewards_JDJD

Oversee the overall Talent Operations and Rewards Section including Recruitment, Training, and Compensation & Benefits. Lead HR policy development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR procedures and workflows. Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions and employee lifecycle activities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment administration processes from requisition to onboarding
• Coordinate with hiring managers regarding workforce requirements and staffing activities
• Oversee implementation of technical, functional, behavioral, and leadership development programs
• Ensure timely delivery of training programs through internal and external providers
• Evaluate and continuously improve training effectiveness and learning outcomes
• Ensure data accuracy of timekeeping data
• Manage statutory and company benefits administration and government compliance

requirements

• Monitor HR service delivery standards and resolve operational issues
• Lead, coach, and develop HR Team Members

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Business related courses
• At least 10 years of experience including 5 years in leadership roles
• Experience in Recruitment, Training, Compensation & Benefits, and Statutory compliance and reporting
• Experience in the Manufacturing industry
