About the role
We are looking for an experienced Health Insurance Customer Service Representative with hands-on experience in health insurance enrollment and termination processes.
Key responsibilities
- Review health insurance enrollment data for completeness and accuracy
- Identify and resolve discrepancies before carrier submission
- Prepare enrollment reports and census data for carrier submissions
- Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation
- Coordinate with insurance carriers to ensure timely processing of requests
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
- Assist with escalated service issues and provide appropriate resolutions
- Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system
- Support the sales team with projects and administrative tasks
About you
- Experience in Health Insurance / Healthcare Insurance
- Experience using health insurance carrier websites/portalsHands-on experience processing health insurance enrollments and terminations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
