IT Support

• What you'll be doing
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end-users across the organization, addressing hardware and software issues in a timely manner
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications
• Manage and monitor IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems
• Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and patches to ensure optimal performance and security
• Provide user training on IT systems, software, and best practices for data security and system use
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and assist with remote access solutions
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with software licensing agreements
• Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and support new systems and upgrades
• Ensure adherence to IT security policies and protocols across the organisation

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in IT support, help desk support, or a similar technical support role
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems, POS system
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Experience with networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCPFamiliarity with ticketing systems and IT service management tools
• Knowledge of common productivity software and enterprise applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service mindset with a commitment to providing timely and effective solutions
