Join our Talent Acquisition Team as a Recruitment Specialist – Volume Hiring and take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment journey — from sourcing and interviewing to job offers and onboarding!

What You’ll Do

Build & Source Talent Pipelines

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels to build a strong and active talent pool. Own the Full Recruitment Cycle

Handle candidate screening, interviews, assessments, endorsements, offer discussions, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding coordination. Find the Right Talent

• Conduct initial and behavioral interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers. Drive Volume Hiring
• Generate leads and maintain a robust candidate database to consistently support hiring requirements and recruitment targets. Partner with Hiring Managers
• Coordinate department interviews, manage interview

• Facilitate internal promotion and movement hiring processes while ensuring proper coordination and documentation. Keep Recruitment Data Accurate

Update recruitment systems accurately and on time, including candidate information, hiring rates, start dates, and program assignments. Make Offers & Support Onboarding

Prepare employment contracts and ensure hiring details are accurate while supporting candidates through the onboarding process. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably from a BPO, call center, or recruitment firm
• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment for volume/agent hiring is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Willing to work on different shifts when business needs arise
• Knowledge of online job portals and sourcing strategies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power
