Associate Product Designer

• Duties and Responsibilities: Design dashboards, platforms, portals and admin tools — from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
• Design data-heavy screens (tables, filters, charts, role-based views) that are easy for business users to work with
• Build functional prototypes in Figma Make for user testing and stakeholder walkthroughs — no coding needed
• Build and maintain the design system and reusable components across B2B products
• Run usability tests and design reviews with clients and internal teams
• Hand off designs to engineers with clear specs, and check the finished product against the design
• Get familiar with the product direction and keep design work aligned with it
• Share design insights and user feedback to help the Product Manager decide what to prioritize
• Help draft user stories and success criteria for engineers and designers, with PM review
• Keep engineering, sales, support and marketing in the loop on design progress
• Help check that new releases match the design before they go live
• Keep an eye on how designed features are performing (usage, feedback) and suggest improvements
• Comfortable looking at basic product or usage data (e.g. spreadsheets, dashboards) to support design decisions

Qualifications: Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Multimedia Arts, Information Systems, or a related field. Open for fresh graduates

• Comfortable with spreadsheets or basic reporting tools
• Familiarity with project tools (e.g. Jira, Notion, Linear)
• Exposure to B2B or SaaS products
• Good written and verbal communication with clients and stakeholders
• Knowledgeable with Figma, including Figma Make for building interactive prototypes
• Knowledgeable with UX/UI design for dashboards and data-heavy B2B platforms
• Willingness to learn product management basics (user stories, requirements, prioritization)
