About the role
JC Rodriguez Construction Company is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help jumpstart our in-house IT team and build our next-generation construction management platform.
This is a full-time, work-from-home (WFH) role with the opportunity to be involved from the early stages of development and help shape the system’s architecture, technology stack, and development practices.
The platform will be built around an ERP foundation and will support construction operations such as project monitoring, procurement, inventory, reporting, field activities, system integrations, and eventually AI-assisted capabilities.
You’ll work closely with business and project teams to turn real construction workflows into practical, scalable software solutions. Short-listed Qualifications
- Strong full-stack development experience
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and modern web technologies
- Experience with databases, REST APIs, and system integrations
- Experience with ERPNext, Odoo, or similar ERP platforms is an advantage
- Comfortable building and customizing business applications and workflows
- Able to translate business requirements into working software solutions
- Independent, collaborative, and comfortable helping establish development practices for a growing IT team
