Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requisitions with qualified candidates aligned with business objectives. Continuously monitor and assess recruitment processes; recommend improvements based on evolving business needs. Collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams to meet recruitment targets, headcount requirements, and timelines. Partner with management at all levels to understand and address hiring needs effectively. Conduct ongoing research on recruitment trends, strategies, and best practices to attract and retain talent. Prepare and present recruitment reports, including qualitative and quantitative data, to provide insights on hiring performance and trends. Job

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field. At least 1 year of work experience in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all organizational levels. Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams to achieve recruitment goals. Strong business acumen, problem-solving capability, and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Solid interviewing skills, with the ability to assess candidate suitability effectively. Must be willing to work on-site in MOA, Pasay.
