About the role

The Human Resources Analyst administers end-to-end compliance and operations for government mandated employee benefits, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to statutory requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

Process and monitor government claims (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement. Prepare and remit government contributions for the Head Office and other business units in compliance with statutory deadlines. Administer employee loan programs (SSS, Pag-IBIG, and other statutory loans), including deduction processing, balance tracking, and record reconciliation. Prepare, submit, and track all statutory and government compliance reports within required deadlines. Monitor and renew government-related registrations, permits, and reportorial requirements to maintain continuous compliance. Facilitate the government benefits component of New Employee Orientation (NEO). Manage and resolve employee inquiries and concerns related to government-mandated benefits. Support the implementation of government-mandated programs and initiatives (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF). Maintain organized records and documentation to support government audits and inspections. Liaise directly with government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag IBIG, BIR) for filings, updates, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.1–3 years of HR experience with hands-on exposure to government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), including claims processing, remittances, and compliance reporting. Working knowledge of Philippine statutory requirements and payroll processes. Strong attention to detail and time-management skills. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets. Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential employee data. Healthcare industry experience is an advantage. Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
