Customer Service Agent

• Handle basic customer service inquiries related to orders, returns, and general concerns. 2. Assist with general support tasks as needed.
• Manage assigned customer cases until resolution.
• Address customer concerns using a customer-first approach and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college education or degree is preferred.
• Experience in Customer Service is an advantage.
• Strong written English communication skills, strong data entry skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized. Ability to follow processes and meet deadline.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and holidays.
