About Outsource Teams

Outsource Teams places skilled Filipino professionals in long-term, full-time roles with businesses in Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States. You work from home as part of one client's team, with support from our Manila-based account managers and our own staff platform for onboarding, daily reports and timesheets. The Role

You will manage social media for marketing agencies and their clients in Australia, the UK and the US: planning content, creating posts, publishing and engaging with the community.

What You Will Do

Plan and run monthly content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Linked

In

• Create on-brand graphics and short videos in Canva, and write captions
• Schedule and publish posts with Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite or Buffer
• Engage with comments and messages, and grow each account's community
• Report monthly on reach, engagement and follower growth

Requirements

• At least 2 years managing social media for brands, ideally in an agency
• Strong Canva skills and hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and a scheduling tool
• Excellent written English and a good eye for design and trends
• A portfolio of accounts or posts you have managed

Your own computer that can run the tools above, a headset, and reliable internet of at least 25 Mbps with a backup connection. We run a speed and hardware test before you start.A quiet home workspace

Schedule
