FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE – TILE PRODUCTSWork Locations: Sta. Cruz, Manila & EDSA, Mandaluyong

Available Positions: 3We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our sales team. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing new business, assisting customers with tile selections, and building relationships with clients and business partners.WHAT YOU’LL GETMonthly basic salary of up to PHP 30,000.00Performance-based commissions

• PHP 5,000.00 monthly allowance for the first 3 months while transitioning to commission earnings
• Company-provided car service for field activities

YOUR ROLE

• Introduce and promote tile products to customers and potential clients
• Visit contractors, hardware stores, dealers, and project locations
• Look for new sales opportunities and develop potential accounts
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tile products
• Prepare quotations and assist clients throughout the sales process
• Work toward and achieve assigned sales goals
• WHO WE’RE LOOKING FORPrevious sales experience is preferred, particularly in tiles, construction, building materials, or related industries
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with strong follow-through
• Self-motivated, hardworking, and comfortable working with sales targets
• Willing to perform regular fieldwork
• Willing to be assigned in Sta. Cruz, Manila or EDSA, Mandaluyong
