QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any 4-year related course
• Willing to work in Ayala, Makati
• 1-2 years of experience in general HR.
• Familiarity with HR general practices & policies, client handling, handling ER cases
• Advanced knowledge of Excel formulas and reporting
• Oral and Written, skill-ready on MS Office Applications
• Focus on Details, patience, honesty, and Integrity

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Execute assigned tasks and HR plans. Make sure that every task is running smoothly.
• Proper management of tasks based on priority and urgency
• Suggest HR process improvements based on the client's needs.
• Understanding the client and identifying their needs to draw plans, suggest process improvements, provide possible solutions, and overall support the client to achieve their business goals in relation to HR functions more effectively and efficiently.
• Blending in with the client's culture and values, understanding them, and their ways to bridge gaps and ultimately build rapport.
• Enforce company policy with clarity, firmly and fairly, to encourage compliance and discipline within the organization. Proper handling of ER cases and other concerns, ensuring compliance with the code of employee discipline and other applicable guidelines.
• Plan, manage, facilitate, and execute any company-planned activities from beginning to end. Ensure the smoothness of the activity flow and its success.
• Submit a report on the assigned task, including but not limited to
• Number of received and closed ER cases - every second and last Friday of the month.
• Report/s required by the client
• Ensure correct accounting of employees' working hours. Including but not limited to approved overtime, official business, and employee leaves in compliance with the payroll policy and all applicable laws.
• Make sure that all needed information/data are complete before the actual endorsement of payroll advice to the payroll specialist.
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
