About the role
- Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience
- Great Typing skills (at least 40 words per minute required, 40 WPM for Chat,Social Media and Email).
- Must be available for a regular schedule, one that spans weekends, andholidays, as our customers need us. Shifts may include evening or earlymorning hours.
