Full job description

• The role is to provide a single point of contact for end users to receive support and maintenance within the organization's desktop computing environment.
• Expertise on installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment (including but not limited to PC, terminals, printers and scanners). to ensure optimal workstation performance.
• This person will troubleshoot IT problem areas (in person, by telephone or via remote access) in a timely manner and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance when required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related work experience
• Willing to work even on weekends, holidays and at any time, he is needed.
• Willing to travel and accept assignments to various customer sites and locations as required.
