KEY ROLESSoftware Developer Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects. IT Support Specialist Provide first-level technical support to end users. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices. Document incidents and resolutions. Systems/Network Administrator Maintain and monitor servers, networks, and IT infrastructure. Manage system performance, backups, and security. Support cloud-based and on-premise environments. Implement and document IT processes and procedures. QA Tester / Quality Assurance Analyst Execute manual and/or automated test cases. Identify, document, and track software defects. Validate product functionality against requirements. Collaborate with developers to resolve issues. Participate in test planning and quality improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field preferred. 3-5 years of relevant work experience Relevant internships, projects, certifications, or equivalent experience are highly valued. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Exposure to cloud platforms and modern development tools. Familiarity with Git, DevOps practices, or CI/CD pipelines.
