Role Description The Human Resources Officer will work full time on-site in the Davao Region, Philippines, supporting the full spectrum of HR operations. Responsibilities include administering HR policies, maintaining employee records, and coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes. The role will handle employee relations matters, assist in performance management activities, and help ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in day-to-day HR operations.
  • Ability to develop, implement, and interpret HR Policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
  • Skills in Employee Relations, including handling concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and supporting engagement initiatives.
  • Experience in Job Description Development, including reviewing, drafting, and updating role profiles in coordination with department heads.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulatory requirements relevant to the Davao Region.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent tools; experience with HRIS or HR-related software is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Ability to work on-site full time, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with diverse teams.
