About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join the Citco Experience Design (CXD) Team, a global design function driving digital transformation and product innovation.

You will lead the design of complex enterprise (B2B) platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and high-impact user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for complex features and enterprise products
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders across global teams
• Create wireframes, prototypes, service blueprints, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
• Advocate for design improvements and alignment with design systems
• Mentor junior designers and facilitate design reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field
• 3–5+ years experience in UX/UI or Product Design (Senior level)
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX/UI projects (required)
• Expertise in UX fundamentals: research, prototyping, usability testing
• Experience using design systems and scalable UI frameworks
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B or enterprise platforms
• Background in financial systems or fintech products
• Exposure to global or cross-functional product teams
