Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer – Cybersecurity

Arbcentrix is looking for an experienced Senior IT Systems/Network Administrator with a Cybersecurity focus to manage and secure IT infrastructure across systems, networks, cloud environments, cybersecurity, and ERP platforms. This is a hands-on role for an experienced IT professional who can independently troubleshoot complex issues, support multiple client environments, and drive improvements through automation and modern technology.

What You’ll Do

Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware environments. Manage Microsoft Azure environments, including VMs, networking, and identity/M365 integration. Configure and maintain Sonic

Wall firewalls, VPNs, site-to-site tunnels, and security rules. Monitor and respond to security incidents using Sentinel

One or similar EDR tools. Manage patching and endpoint security. Resolve technical support requests while meeting established SLA targets. Support vulnerability assessments and cybersecurity compliance initiatives. Configure and troubleshoot ERP systems, including integrations, workflows, and user access. Develop scripts and automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar tools. Build AI-assisted workflows to automate IT tasks such as ticket triage, alert analysis, reporting, and documentation. Use AI tools to support troubleshooting, scripting, documentation, and reporting while validating outputs. Support multiple client environments and prioritize competing technical requirements. Maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and incident records. Participate in an on-call rotation for critical issues. What We’re Looking For10 years of IT experience, with a strong background in systems administration, network administration, and/or cybersecurity. Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Active Directory. Strong experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi. Experience managing Microsoft Azure environments. Hands-on experience configuring Sonic

Wall or similar firewalls. Experience with Sentinel

One or comparable EDR solutions. Experience working with IT ticketing systems and SLAs. Experience configuring and troubleshooting ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics, Odoo, or similar. Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar tools. Experience building AI-assisted automations or workflows. Familiarity with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity. Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, or similar compliance frameworks is an advantage. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and prioritization skills. Preferred Certifications
