About the role
We're Hiring: Sales Executive (Customs Brokerage)
Key Responsibilities
Generate, qualify, and manage new business leads for customs brokerage, import/export clearance, freight forwarding, permit processing, and other logistics-related services. Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular communication, professional account management, and timely follow-ups. Prepare and present service quotations, proposals, and commercial offers based on client requirements. Coordinate client requirements, shipment information, and service details to ensure accurate and timely processing. Achieve monthly sales targets, including new client acquisition, revenue generation, closed deals, and other assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Work closely with the Operations, Customs, Logistics, and Compliance teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service execution. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, including client profiles, quotations, follow-up

s, sales activities, and pipeline status. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research, and industry engagement. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to recommend business growth strategies. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Customs Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or any related field. Minimum of 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in customs brokerage, freight forwarding, logistics, import/export, shipping, or other B2B service industries. Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, and account management is an advantage. Knowledge of customs clearance, import/export procedures, shipping documentation, permits, and logistics services is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working in a target-driven environment. Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, email, spreadsheets, and sales reporting tools.
