Jr. Data Specialist ( Open for Fresh Graduates)

We are looking for a Jr. Data Specialist to support data management, reporting, and data quality activities across multiple business systems. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who have strong attention to detail and a passion for working with data. You will be responsible for collecting, validating, maintaining, and analyzing data to support business operations and decision-making while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

Collect, encode, and consolidate data from multiple sources. Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality checks. Maintain and update records across various systems and databases. Generate and distribute regular and ad hoc reports. Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and insights. Collaborate with different teams to improve data quality and reporting processes. Support data-related projects, process improvements, and system enhancements. Document data processes and workflows. Monitor and resolve data issues in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.

About you

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).0-1 year of experience in Master Data Management or a related role. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Basic computer proficiency, including email, chat tools, and CRM systems. Good problem-solving and multitasking skills. Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure. Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment. Positive attitude and commitment to delivering quality service. Must be willing to work a Night Shift schedule.
