Job Summary: We're set on hiring a detail-oriented Contract Drafting Paralegal to support our legal documentation needs across multiple brands. This role involves preparing franchise agreements, transfer documents, and related legal paperwork using our established templates and precedents. The ideal candidate has strong general contract drafting and paralegal fundamentals and is comfortable working independently while following precise document standards. Key Responsibilities: Draft and prepare franchise agreements using company-provided templates and precedents

• Prepare franchise transfer documents and related legal paperwork
• Review and edit legal documents for accuracy, consistency, and formatting compliance
• Maintain organized records of contracts, templates, and precedent files
• Work closely with leadership to understand document requirements for each transaction
• Apply established clause structures and formatting standards consistently across documents
• Track document status and follow up on outstanding signatures or approvals
• Support general paralegal tasks and legal research as needed
• Mandatory Skills: Strong general contract drafting skills
• Solid paralegal fundamentals, including document preparation and legal formatting
• Law degree or paralegal certificate
• High attention to detail when working with legal documents
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Preferred Skills: Experience with franchise agreements or franchising-related legal work
• Experience supporting multi-brand or multi-entity businesses
• Familiarity with contract management or document tracking tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
