About the role

Seeking a competent HR Associate to join our dynamic HR Operations team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in handling various HR functions including employee tickets, onboarding, payroll, 201 files, and benefits administration. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Employee Ticket Management: Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and requests efficiently and professionally. Ensure timely resolution and escalate complex issues to the appropriate stakeholders when necessary.

Onboarding: Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including but not limited to paperwork completion, orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

201 Files Management: Maintain accurate and updated employee records and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Handle the filing, retrieval, and maintenance of 201 files in a confidential manner.

Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Assist employees with benefit inquiries, enrollment, and changes as needed.

Compliance: Stay abreast of labor laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure HR practices and processes remain compliant. Assist in audits and compliance-related activities as required.

General HR Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, including but not limited to scheduling interviews, preparing reports, and coordinating HR events or initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a BPO or similar industry.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to work in an office-based setting and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
