Sales Associate

• Identify and develop potential clients and sales opportunities
• Assist clients in understanding insurance coverage, benefits, and

requirements

• Conduct follow-ups with prospective and existing clients
• Maintain good relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Assist in processing insurance applications and required documents
• Meet assigned sales targets and performance objectives
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding client requirements and transactions
• Maintain accurate records of client information and sales activities
• Qualifications: At least College Level — undergraduate or college graduate
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented and professional
• Willing to learn about insurance products and services
• Goal-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage
